There is a sign that goes to either the construction site or Igloo entrance. sadly, this has been removed in Club Penguin history: experimental penguins 2000 penguin chat 1 2001 penguin chat 2 2003 youd get to it by clicking the circle that said North Pole in Penguin Chat 1 youd click arrow pole in the snow room to get to it in Penguin Chat 2 its a pretty cool room.
